Will you always find me beautiful?
Will you always find me charming?
Even when Im not in your arms a smiling?
Will you always speak of loneliness?
Even when it has passed you by?
Will you always pass forgiveness up,
As it stares you in the face?
Will you still find yourself unhappy?
Though all youve ever strived for was that?
Will you always learn from what youve turned,
Soiled and toiled and broken and burned?
All the things youd thought youd missed
But really just ignored?
The troubles of this world exist
To see who can win with just this :
The truth, in its form
And the question in turn is
Did you ever not find me beautiful?
Did you ever not find me charming?
And can you fix with truth what ought not to be?
What you miss
In your arms a smiling
With you all the while a lying?
So look inside, where you hide
And give your heart away
